Current Lessee

​

• Verification that Skamania County Taxes are current.  This may be obtained from Skamania County Treasurer's Office.​

• Verification from The Northwoods Homeowners Association that dues and fees are current. 

• Verification from Water Front Recreation, Inc. that the annual cabin site lease is current, and that the cabin is not in default.​​

• Assignment, Assumption, & Consent signed and notarized by all parties.  Water Front Recreation Inc. will prepare and send via USPS.

Prospective Lessee

​

• Completed Assignment Application, We will send next steps once Application is received..​

• Current Credit Report for each individual included on the Lease Assignment.  Water Front Recreation, Inc. will provide an application.​

• Assignment Packet Documents signed by all Prospective Lessees.  Water Front Recreation will send these documents out via email or USPS once the Assignment Application is submitted and payment received.​

• ​Provide proof of insurance in adherence with The State of Washington & Water Front Recreation's requirements.​​

• Assignment, Assumption, & Consent signed and notarized by all parties.  Water Front Recreation Inc. will prepare and send via USPS.​

• $375 nonrefundable Assignment Fee, with an additional $375 if financing.  This is to be payable to Water Front Recreation Inc., and can be paid by either current lessee, prospective lessee, or both.  This fee does not include recording fees with Skamania County.​
