Insurance Requirements
Named Insured Identification
Named Insured Identification: All lessee(s) must be explicitly identified as the
“Named Insured(s)” on the insurance policy’s Declaration/Certificate Sheet.
Insured Value Declaration
Insured Value Declaration: The insured value of the cabin and policy limits must be conspicuously stated on the Declaration/Certificate Sheet.
Insured Value Declaration
The policy must explicitly state coverage for full replacement value of the cabin, alighted with today’s building codes, on the Declaration/Certificate Sheet.
Liability Coverage Limits
Liability Coverage Limits: The Declaration/Certificate Sheet must define the required liability limits for the Cabin/Cabin Site concerning:

1. Bodily injury or death to any one person
2. Bodily injury or death resulting from any one accident to two or more persons.
3. Property Damages
Additional Insured Designations
Washington State Department of Natural Resources and Water Front Recreation, Inc. must be named as Additional Insured and explicitly noted as such on the
Declaration/Certificate Sheet.

Certificate of Insurance
A Certificate of Insurance from the tree removal company, inclusive of all Forms and Endorsements, must be furnished to WaterFront Recreation, Inc. prior to tree removal.
